  • If you order Goods from our site for delivery to a European Delivery Destination, the customer (you) will be the importer and your order may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions, and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Although the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement refers to ‘zero tariffs’ (zero customs duties), we will now need to generate a Customs Declaration and so a Commercial or Pro-forma Invoice is required. The trade deal only applies to Customs duties, meaning that in most cases Customs duties will not be applied to goods fulfilling all necessary “rules of origin” requirements. However, VAT will still be levied. Customs declarations are therefore required for goods to clear the border, as the UK will have left the single market and the customs union. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It is important you check the requirements of your country before placing an order. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

  • For deliveries to the Rest of the World a charge of £10.00 will apply.
  • PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY DAYS ARE MONDAY – FRIDAY.
  • GIDDY BALM will not be liable for any customs or import duties.
  • If a Customer fails or refuses to accept delivery of the Goods, then, except where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event or Supplier’s failure to comply with its obligations under the Contract, then the Goods shall be returned to GIDDY BALM and the Customer shall be responsible for any costs relating to the delivery attempts and subsequent return to GIDDY BALM including transportation, insurance, and storage costs, which costs shall be either deducted from the customer’s original order payment or invoiced by GIDDY BALM and paid by Customer.
  • We do ship to the United Arab Emirates although as there is no mail delivery to street addresses in the UAE we advise customers this is at their risk. As mail goes to PO Boxes at various post office locations customers must ensure they provide the correct PO Box. Giddy Balm will send customers proof of postage as confirmation of goods sent.
